Refund policy

🔁 Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong products.

  • Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Proper proof (unboxing video and clear photos) is required for verification.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns for used products or change-of-mind purchases due to hygiene and safety reasons.

💰 Refunds

  • Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be transferred via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.

  • In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

🚚 Replacement Policy

If approved, replacements will be shipped within 48 hours after return verification, subject to stock availability.
